Spray Foam / Loft Insulation Installer + Labourer (2-Person Team)
Pay: £1,600 per week (team rate)
Location: Birmingham (work within 150 Mile Radius - 1 Job Per Day)
1 full tank of petrol provided weekly
Digs provided when working away

About the Role
Prime Placers are recruiting an experienced Spray Foam / Loft Insulation Installer and Labourer to join our growing team delivering retrofit insulation projects across the UK.
This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a reliable 2-person crew to work on a nationwide contract with all travel and accommodation costs covered.

Installer Responsibilities
- Carry out spray foam or loft insulation installations to a high standard
- Lead and oversee site preparation and job completion
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety and installation standards
- Liaise professionally with customers and site managers
- Complete basic paperwork or digital job records
Labourer Responsibilities
- Assist the installer with preparation and general site duties
- Load, unload, and set up materials and tools
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area
- Follow all safety instructions and work efficiently as part of the team
Skills & Qualifications (Installer)
- Proven experience in spray foam and/or loft insulation
- Strong understanding of insulation systems, ventilation, and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and lead a small crew
- Physically fit and able to work in loft and roof spaces
- Full UK driving licence required
Preferred (not essential):
- NVQ Level 2 in Insulation & Building Treatments (or equivalent)
- CSCS Card
- PASMA / IPAF (working at height)
- UKATA Asbestos Awareness
- Manual handling and PPE safety training
