The Opportunity
CENTRAL LONDON/OFFICE BASED Procurement Manager needed with MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE in Construction Procurement, experienced ideally with a main contractor or residential developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing for concrete frame and high density projects. This is a key role in ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective procurement to support our growing portfolio of concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities
ο· β’ Develop and manage procurement schedules in line with the construction program.
ο· β’ Communicate with site teams to coordinate and track deliveries.
ο· β’ Ensure timely arrival of all materials and verify deliveries against orders.
ο· β’ Build strong supplier relationships with both UK and international vendors and maintain procurement records.
ο· β’ Support overall site operations through proactive material planning and supply chain risk management.
Must-Have Skills and Experience.
ο· β’ Proven background in construction procurement, with specific experience sourcing materials for concrete structures, ready-mix concrete, rebar, formwork, cladding systems and general build materials.
ο· β’ Strong knowledge of procurement programming and supply chain coordination with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
ο· β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (essential).
ο· β’ Familiarity with digital tools
ο· β’ Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
