Leading commercial bank has this fantastic opportunity for a Loan Documentation specialist with particular focus of syndicated lending transaction management. Supervising, training and mentoring 5 team members with a hands-on approach, you will need to demonstrate a thorough understanding of LMA standards and supporting documentation; processing of transfer certificates, approval of related terms, conditions and guarantee information, overview of credit risk insurance policies whilst providing a seamless conduit from front to back office.
Additionally, the review of new and uncommitted credit facilities, covenants agreements & trade confirmations. Experience working on Trade Finance business would be beneficial with knowledge and previous use of LoanIQ a plus.
Please note this role will be hybrid - working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remotely.
