An international bank is seeking a dynamic individual to assist in managing the daily operations of online banking and debit card platforms.
Your duties will include:
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring e-channel projects and initiatives
- Coordinating with IT and vendors for system maintenance, updates, and issue resolution
- Reporting on operational performance
- Providing guidance and support to the team in executing operational tasks
- Contributing to the development and testing of new features/services and support process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with security & regulatory requirements
Your experience must include:
- Strong proven experience in E-channel operations, digital banking, or card management
- Experience with digital product management and system support preferred
- A good understanding of banking operations, digital platforms, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Fluency in Cantonese is essential
- Degree educated
This is a hybrid role working 4 days a week in the London office and 1 day remotely.
