A small international bank is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to assist with some core projects underway. Your responsibilities will cover:
- Assisting with the successful implementation of 3 main projects: the update of the Treasury system, the implementation of a new core banking system at the Branch, and Comms Room Refurb.
- Navigating the steering groups and change requests through Head Office.
- Attending meetings with outsourced vendor (Banking infrastructure provider and Branch backup) to ensure high levels of service continue.
- Assisting with the SWIFT Message format changes IS02022 Global changes for cross-border payments.
- Managing Phase-2 of the Murex project.
- Managing in conjunction with Head Office the migration of Branch Guarantees to EximBills and the onboarding of a new front-end system for customers.
- Providing oversight of Branch Third Party Risk Management for IT Contracts, ensuring contracts and licenses are managed correctly.
- Co-ordinating with the Project team working on the Branch refurbishment to ensure smooth operations.
