A small prestigious international bank is seeking a hands-on manager for its retail banking operations area. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team
- Processing all retail banking functions (cashiers, CDD/EDD, debit/credit cards, payments etc) for the London branch
- Supporting Relationship Managers with High Net Worth Individuals and private banking needs
- Processing SWIFT payments and treasury settlements
- Ensuring that CDD/EDD records are kept up to date
Your experience must include:
- Extensive proven retail banking and SWIFT payments experience gained in banking
- Strong proven staff management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Capability to work well under pressure, demonstrating initiative and good problem-solving skills
This role will be working 5 days a week in the London office.
