A small prestigious international bank is seeking a “hands on” manager for its retail banking operations area. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team, processing all retail banking and cashiering for the London branch and providing customer services support to RM’s regarding HNWI and private banking
  • Processing payments and treasury settlements
  • Ensuring CDD/EDD updated

Your experience must include:

  • Extensive proven and relevant retail banking/SWIFT payments/customer services experience gained in banking
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills gained in front line customer services
  • Able to work well under pressure, show initiative and good problem-solving skills

Please note this role will be working 5 days a week in the London office.
