A major international bank is seeking a dynamic individual to join one of its Corporate Credit teams who are focused on Commercial Real Estate. Your responsibilities will cover:
- Managing new and existing commercial real estate relationships
- Being point of contact for client enquiries
- Credit reviews/analysis and credit rating models
- Attending client meetings and property inspections
- Monitoring non-performing loans, arrears management, loan recovery strategies
- Liaising with solicitors/receivers etc
- Completing the Transaction Completion Process post credit approval
- Overseeing onboarding and CDD
- Supporting the Senior RMs in complex transactions for the successful delivery of business opportunities
Your experience must include:
- Proven corporate credit analysis/relationship skills covering a Real Estate portfolio gained within banking
- Good understanding of credit policy, loan risk and LMA loan documentation
- Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and oral
- Being a team player who works well to deadlines
Please note this role will be working 5 days a week in the office.
