This international bank is offering an excellent opportunity for a degree educated Operational Risk Manager with proven 2nd Line Defence experience gained from working for a recognised international bank, audit firm or consultancy.
Directly supporting and overseeing 1st Line Defence, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the framework and policies in place to ensure regulation is adhered to and reporting of risk events across the relevant departments is accurate and correctly documented.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the annual Risk Appetite Statement and limit reviews and arranging and conducting Risk Committee meetings.
You must demonstrate exemplary communication skills, have the ability and confidence to construct and present complex reports at the very highest level and offer the drive and motivation to succeed in a continuously evolving landscape.
Please note this role will be working hybrid – 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home.
