Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Head of Compliance in providing compliance advice/guidance on the activities of the London office and regulatory requirements
- Conducting compliance monitoring programmes and reporting findings
- Preparing Compliance MI with data analysis
- Conducting risk management controls
- Assisting with implementation plans for any internal policy/procedure changes resulting from legal or regulatory changes
Your experience must include:
- Extensive proven experience in a Regulatory Compliance role gained within banking
- Excellent presentation skills – both oral and written
- Ideally experience of leading/supporting compliance projects
- Strong IT skills
- A proactive “hands-on” approach, showing initiative to assist with projects
This is a hybrid role - working three days a week in the London office and two days remotely, however for the first month the successful candidate will be required to work 5 days a week in the office.
