The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
A small prestigious international bank is seeking a dynamic new addition to its Operations area. Your responsibilities will be varied to include Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Operational Risk and Control Practices.
Duties will cover:
- Managing the Operational Resilience Framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (PRA and FCA)
- Developing and maintaining Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery strategies
- Coordinating resilience testing
- Risk assessments of outsourcing arrangements and 3rd Party Vendor management
- Supporting delivery of the Operational Risk Framework and monitoring/reporting operational risk events
- Operational Risk Horizon Scanning
- Assisting with transformation projects
Your experience must include:
- Proven expertise in Operational Resilience and Business Continuity gained within banking
- Good knowledge of regulatory standards β PRA/FCA SMCR, PSD2/PSRs etc
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to present to senior management and regulators
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Degree educated
This role is currently hybrid β working 3 days a week in the London office but may increase to 5 days.
