A conscientious individual is sought to assist in a busy Compliance department of a prestigious international Bank. Your duties will include:
- Maintaining internal compliance records and regulatory compliance documents
- Advising regulatory updates to Head Office
- Providing administrative support on contracts and KYC
- Processing invoice payments
- Arranging training sessions and maintaining training records
- Arranging meetings and managing departmental diary
Your experience must include:
- 3-5 years proven relevant administration experience gained within banking/investment management
- Strong IT skills – Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to multitask
This role will initially be working 5 days a week in the London office and will then transition to hybrid – working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remotely.
