Leading commercial bank has this fantastic opportunity for a Loan Documentation specialist with particular focus on syndicated lending transaction management. Supervising, training and mentoring 5 team members with a hands-on approach, you will need to demonstrate a thorough understanding of LMA standards and supporting documentation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing of transfer certificates
- Approval of related terms, conditions and guarantee information
- Overview of credit risk insurance policies whilst providing a seamless conduit from front to back office
- Review of new and uncommitted credit facilities, covenants agreements & trade confirmations
Experience working on Trade Finance business would be beneficial with knowledge and previous use of LoanIQ a plus.
