An exciting opportunity has arisen for a conscientious Administrator to join a European Bank supporting an Operations team. Your duties will include:
- Providing full administrative support to the team and handling some operational tasks
- Managing documentation for internal workflows
- Maintaining internal tracking tools/spreadsheets for fund performance monitoring/reporting
- Assisting in the preparation of various fund reporting and marketing materials
- Taking Committee meeting minutes
- Handling general queries
Your experience must include:
- Proven relevant administration experience gained within Banking is ESSENTIAL - ideally within a structured finance or middle office environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask to deadlines
- Strong IT skills - Excel, PowerPoint etc
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Team Player with a proactive attitude
- Fluency in French would be advantageous
This role will be based in the London office five days a week for the first couple of months, after which it will move to a hybrid model of three days in the office and two days working remotely.
