A small prestigious international bank is seeking a dynamic new addition to its Operations area. Your responsibilities will be varied to include Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Operational Risk and Control Practices. Duties will cover: * Managing the Operational Resilience Framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (PRA and FCA) * Developing and maintaining Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery strategies * Coordinating resilience testing * Risk assessments of outsourcing arrangements and 3rd Party Vendor management * Supporting delivery of the Operational Risk Framework and monitoring/reporting operational risk events * Operational Risk Horizon Scanning * Assisting with transformation projects Your experience must include: * Proven expertise in Operational Resilience and Business Continuity gained within banking * Good knowledge of regulatory standards β PRA/FCA SMCR, PSD2/PSRs etc * Strong analytical and reporting skills to present to senior management and regulators * Good communication skills both written and oral * Degree educated This role is currently hybrid β working 3 days a week in the London office but may increase to 5 days
