A major international bank is seeking a dynamic individual to join one of its Corporate Credit teams who are focused on Commercial Real Estate. Your responsibilities will cover: * Managing new and existing commercial real estate relationships * Being point of contact for client enquiries * Credit reviews/analysis and credit rating models * Attending client meetings and property inspections * Monitoring non-performing loans – arrears management, loan recovery strategies * Liaising with solicitors/receivers etc * Completing the Transaction Completion Process post credit approval * Overseeing onboarding and CDD * Supporting the Senior RM’s in complex transactions for the successful delivery of business opportunities Your experience must include: * Proven corporate credit analysis/relationship skills covering a Real Estate portfolio gained within banking * Good understanding of credit policy, loan risk and LMA loan documentation * Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and oral * Being a team player who works well to deadlines Please note this role will be working 5 days a week in the office
