We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Welder/Fabricator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal sheets in the manufacture of high-quality fabrications in mild steel, special alloy steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. These fabrications are used in mineral processing, mining, and MOD.

The position involves:

  • Working with power tools and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and other materials.
  • Conducting quality checks on welds and fabricated parts to ensure safety and quality standards.
  • Maintaining an organised workspace adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assisting in the assembly of fabricated parts into finished products.

You need to have experience in plater welding and an understanding of welding standards, along with good organisation skills and attention to detail. Fabrication experience with medium to heavy steel is required, as well as experience using power tools, hand tools, shears, and grinders.
