The Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced 360 Logistics Consultant to manage the full recruitment cycle. This is a true 360 role where you will be responsible for both business development and candidate delivery within the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to placement
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Manage client expectations and deliver a high-quality service
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts
  • Work towards and exceed individual and team targets

  • Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant (logistics sector preferred)
  • Strong business development skills and a proactive mindset
