The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced 360 Logistics Consultant to manage the full recruitment cycle. This is a true 360 role where you will be responsible for both business development and candidate delivery within the logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to placement
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Manage client expectations and deliver a high-quality service
- Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts
- Work towards and exceed individual and team targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant (logistics sector preferred)
- Strong business development skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Driven, ambitious, and target-focused
