This is a remote position. The VP of HR is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire HR function, aligning it with the organization’s business goals, and driving initiatives to enhance the company’s overall performance, culture, and talent management.
Below are the key responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Formulating HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives, culture, and long-term goals.
- Executive Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO, board members, and other senior executives to ensure HR practices align with business priorities.
- Organizational Design: Oversee organizational structures, workforce planning, and roles to optimize performance and ensure business needs are met.

- Experience & Expertise
- Years of Experience: Typically, a candidate should have 10+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role such as Director, Head of HR, or similar.
- Industry Experience: Experience in leading HR functions within large organizations, preferably in a global or multinational setting. Background in fast-paced sectors such as tech, finance, or manufacturing is highly valued.
