We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a GOC-registered Optometrist to join a long-established, highly regarded independent opticians in Winchester. This opportunity is available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering flexibility alongside excellent clinical support and development.

About the Practice

  • Join a trusted independent practice with an outstanding local reputation for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care to both private and NHS patients.
  • Modern, well-equipped clinical environment including OCT, digital fundus photography, tonometry, and visual field testing.
  • Triple test room setup supporting efficient workflow and clinical collaboration.
  • Experienced, long-standing team including a qualified Dispensing Optician.
  • Relaxed testing times of 45 minutes per patient to ensure high-quality care.
  • Supportive and patient-centred working culture.

Working Pattern

  • Saturdays: 9:00am–5:00pm (earlier finish at 5:00pm).
  • No Sundays or Bank Holidays.
  • Flexible working options available, including reduced days or fewer Saturdays (by discussion).
