About the Role: We are seeking qualified and motivated Chinese Medicine Practitioners to join our clinic in Sutton, Greater London. The successful candidate will provide professional and patient‑centred Traditional Chinese Medicine consultations and treatments. The role involves supporting patients throughout their care journey, from initial assessment and treatment planning to follow‑up consultations. Both full‑time and part‑time positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional Traditional Chinese Medicine consultations and treatments
  • Assess patients’ conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Deliver acupuncture, cupping, Chinese herbal medicine and other appropriate Chinese medicine treatments
  • Manage the full cycle of patient care, including follow‑up consultations
  • Maintain accurate and appropriate patient and clinical records
  • Provide a professional, respectful and positive patient experience
  • Comply with clinic policies, clinical procedures, hygiene requirements and professional standards
  • Work collaboratively with members of the clinical and administrative teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Medicine, acupuncture or a related discipline, or an equivalent recognised qualification
  • Appropriate qualifications and clinical training relevant to the treatments provided
  • Able to provide evidence of qualifications and training required for the clinic’s applicable Sutton licensing and insurance arrangements
  • Registration with the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong, membership of a recognised professional body, or equivalent professional credentials would be advantageous
  • Relevant UK or local clinical experience is preferred but not essential
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Ability to communicate in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is desirable to support patients who prefer to communicate in these languages
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Responsible, self‑motivated and patient‑focused
  • Passionate about Traditional Chinese Medicine and holistic healthcare
  • Valid right to work in the United Kingdom

Full-time: Competitive salary of up to £42,000 per annum. Actual remuneration will be determined based on qualifications, clinical experience and the agreed employment arrangements. All remuneration will comply with applicable UK minimum wage requirements.

  • Weekend availability may be required
