Responsibilities
- Complete nursing notes accurately
- Assist safely with medication ordering, custody, storage and administration
- Ensure care plans and records are up‑to‑date and accurate
- Maintain the clinical calendar
- Visit each client daily to assess needs and continually improve care delivery
- Comply with the N.M.C. code of conduct
- Respect each client’s dignity and independence regardless of physical or mental ability
- Lead daily handovers with care staff and nurses
- Participate in daily meetings and share information
- Perform any other reasonable duties requested by the manager
Qualifications & Experience
A genuine caring nature with post‑qualification experience in a clinical setting. Valid Nursing Pin required. Experience with age‑related, life‑limiting conditions and physical disabilities is desirable, as is patient, understanding, and respectful attitude toward residents.
