This role will be based at The Old Rectory in Stickney, Lincolnshire. The home has been specially designed to cater to the needs of 42 residents, who may be living with age-related conditions, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or dementia. Our focus is on reabling residents to achieve maximum independence and recovery following physical and mental health challenges. Candidates must be patient, understanding, and respectful of our residents\’ individual abilities.

This is a part-time role of 19.25 hours, offering a good work-life balance with regular set shift patterns across a 7-day week. In return for your commitment, we offer:

Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Vacuuming and cleaning floors
- Deep cleaning dining areas, bathrooms, and toilets
- Assisting the Hotel Services team with additional cleaning tasks as required
- Maintaining accurate records and completing documentation
What we’re looking for:
A genuine caring nature and a desire to make a positive impact on residents\’ lives. Prior experience is desirable but not essential, as full training and induction are provided. Candidates should be patient, understanding, and respectful of residents\’ privacy, especially as many live with age-related conditions, health issues, or disabilities.
