Prime Life is looking for passionate and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team as a Night Support Worker on a full or part‑time basis. This role will be based at Phoenix Park Care Village in the heart of Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, which caters for 146 residents across three buildings. Residents typically have a range of age‑related health conditions, physical disabilities, mental health conditions and many live with dementia.

Candidates must be patient, understanding and respectful of residents’ individual abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Encourage residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
  • Provide companionship whilst giving emotional and practical support.
  • Assist residents to participate in decisions relating to their daily living arrangements.
  • Assist residents with personal care and recreational activities.
  • Help residents retire for the evening and enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep.
  • Promote resident independence in the preparation of food and/or at mealtimes.
  • Work with other professionals to provide individualised care and development plans.
Qualifications and Experience

To be successful, you need a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference. Prior experience as a support worker or care assistant is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. The role also requires patience, understanding and respect for residents’ individual abilities.
