Prime Life Ltd are delighted to be recruiting for an HR Advisor to join them on a full time permanent basis. This is an incredible job opportunity to join a business that is dedicated to providing a high standard of care to its residents. You will be joining a team of talented, solution focused and driven human resources specialists. Our purpose is to support our managers to make Prime Life a great place to work. We advise and coach managers in their management of ER cases, upholding fair and just policies in-line with CQC regulations, legislation and best practice to deliver the best care for our residents. This is an office based role; however, the business is nationally spread and regular travel to Prime Life Homes will be required.
Responsibilities:
- Management of your own caseload of ER issues using your knowledge in ER and employment law, from receipt of a case through to its conclusion.
- Provide HR advice in relation to HR policy, practices & procedures.
Qualifications:
- Employee Relations knowledge or keen interest in Employee Relations.
- CIPD qualified or a minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role.
- Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Keen interest in Employment Law.
- Strong understanding of and respect for confidentiality.
- Care Sector experience would be advantageous although not essential.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong case management skills.
- Well organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and to work on own initiative.
