Make a difference every day and give back to your community! Prime Life is seeking passionate and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team as Care Assistants on a full-time basis. We currently have several vacancies and are eager to meet candidates for interviews soon. This role is based at Holmes Court in South Wigston, Leicestershire. The home is designed to meet the needs of 78 residents with learning disabilities, sensory impairments, and mental health conditions that require respectful and dignified support from our caring team.

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene and selecting daily outfits
- Supporting residents during mealtimes to ensure proper nutrition and hydration
- Encouraging safe mobility with aids and equipment
- Providing companionship and accompanying residents on social outings or appointments
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote residents’ health and well-being
- Welcoming family members and assisting with inquiries
What we’re looking for:
- A genuine caring nature and a desire to make a positive difference.
- Prior experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
- Candidates should be patient, understanding, and respectful of residents’ individual abilities.
- Experience with dementia care is beneficial, as many residents live with dementia and other age-related or health conditions.
