Care Assistant – Prime LifeWe are looking for passionate and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team as a Care Assistant on a full or part‐time basis at Riversway Nursing Home, Bristol. There are several vacancies available, and we are keen to interview candidates as soon as possible.
Role OverviewThe home caters to 67 residents with a range of physical, age‐related and mental health conditions. You will provide dignified support and be patient, understanding and respectful of each resident\’s individual abilities.

Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal hygiene and dressing choices
Support residents during mealtimes to maintain good nutrition and hydration
Encourage safe mobilisation around the home using mobility aids and specialist equipment
Provide friendship, companionship, and accompany residents on social outings or appointments
Maintain accurate and timely written records and complete documentation
Participate as part of a multi‐disciplinary team and collaborate with other care professionals to promote resident health and well‐being
Welcome family members to the home and assist with enquiries
Qualifications & RequirementsTo be successful, you will have a genuine caring nature and desire to make a real difference. Prior experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided. Understanding of dementia is beneficial.
