Our freshly refurbished facility is equipped with modern, comfortable amenities, including an outdoor gym, arcade and newly decorated client spaces, creating a welcoming atmosphere where clients can thrive. We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and motivated individuals to join our team as Support Workers/Senior support workers and Banks workers as we transition into our new service provision.
Role Overview
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in helping our residents achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. You will provide emotional and practical support in day-to-day activities, helping individuals develop their independence, build life skills, and work towards recovery. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working alongside mental health professionals to ensure the wellbeing of each individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer day-to-day support to residents with mental health conditions in a residential setting.
- Assist with personal care, medication management, and promoting healthy lifestyles.
- Support residents in developing their independence, social skills, and confidence.
- Provide one-to-one and group activities that promote mental and emotional wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement person-centred care plans.
