Prime Life is looking for caring, compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistants to join our team at Charnwood Oaks.
Our home supports 84 residents, many living with dementia and other age-related health conditions. As part of our night team, you'll help residents feel safe, comfortable and supported throughout the night, ensuring they receive the care and reassurance they need.

What will you be doing?
- Supporting residents with personal care and bedtime routines.
- Ensuring residents are comfortable and safe throughout the night.
- Supporting residents with their individual needs and mobility.
- Providing reassurance, companionship and emotional support.
- Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any concerns.
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
- Working alongside colleagues to deliver high-quality care.
What are we looking for?

- A reliable and responsible approach.
- An understanding of the needs of older people and those living with dementia.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential. Full training and support will be provided, so if you have the right attitude and a genuine desire to care, we'd love to hear from you!
