At Charnwood Oaks, we are looking for caring, compassionate and reliable Bank Care Assistants to join our friendly team.
Our home supports 84 residents, many living with dementia and other age‑related conditions. You'll help our residents feel safe, comfortable and valued while supporting them to enjoy everyday life.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines.
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.
- Helping with meals, drinks and everyday activities.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Supporting residents living with dementia.
- Building positive relationships with residents and their families.
- Working as part of a team to deliver excellent care.

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential. We can provide the training and support you need to become a confident and successful Care Assistant.
