The Role:
Prime Jobs are currently recruiting for a skilled and professional HGV Class 1 IPAF Operator (Category CE) on behalf of our client based in Wellington. You will be responsible for delivering and operating powered access hire equipment in the local area using a Class 1 HGV. This is a key customer-facing role where safety and service are paramount. Full IPAF training will be provided if not already qualified.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and deliver powered access equipment
- Drive and maintain a Class 1 HGV
- Carry out daily vehicle and equipment checks
- Represent the company in a professional manner on customer sites
- Complete paperwork accurately and follow health & safety procedures
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence with Category CE (Class 1) entitlement
- No more than 6 penalty points
- No DR, DD, CD, IN or TT99 endorsements
- Previous UK HGV driving experience
- Good local area knowledge
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to complete IPAF training if not already certified
