Prime Jobs Recruitment is currently looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Handyman to work in Enfield. This is a varied maintenance role suited to someone who is confident carrying out general repairs and basic maintenance duties across a busy site.
Duties will include:
- Basic electrical work, such as changing sockets, light switches and pendant lights
- Basic plumbing, including changing sink traps and replacing toilet cistern internals
- Painting and decorating
- General repairs and maintenance
- Fixing doors, handles, fixtures and fittings
- Carrying out minor repairs around the site
- Identifying maintenance issues and completing general handyman duties as required
