You will manage maintenance requests from the initial enquiry through to completion, coordinating engineers and contractors, monitoring progress and keeping accurate records. Key responsibilities

Schedule engineers and contractors, coordinating appointments and property access.
Monitor daily job lists, outstanding repairs and completion deadlines.
