Prime Jobs Recruitment are seeking experienced and professional drivers to support transport operations for a large international art event in London. This prestigious event is hosted by the Mouth and Foot Painters Association and will involve transporting a high number of wheelchair users. Drivers with previous wheelchair-access vehicle experience or training will be highly advantageous.
Pay & Role Details
- £19 per hour
- Short-term event-based work
- Shuttle services across Central London
- Varied depot locations including Wembley, Brixton, Wandsworth, Erith, and Hoddesdon
Confirmed Dates & Duties
- Monday 13 April: Pick-up: Westminster, Drop-off: Guildhall, Return: Evening (TBC)
- Tuesday 14 April: Pick-up: Westminster, Drop-off: Victoria area, Return: Evening (TBC)
- Additional Dates (TBC): 16 April: Daytime London tours, 17 April: Airport drop-offs
Sign-on/off times will vary depending on depot allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport passengers safely and efficiently between event locations
- Provide excellent customer service to all passengers
- Assist wheelchair users where required (training preferred)
- Ensure punctuality and professionalism at all times
Driver Requirements
- Valid Category D1 or D Licence
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Up-to-date Driver CPC
- Enhanced DBS preferred (not essential)
