Domiciliary Care Assistant
Location: Great Dunmow, Felsted, Braintree, Chelmsford and surrounding areas
Pay: £13.50 per hour weekdays | £14.50 per hour weekends

We are looking for experienced, reliable and compassionate Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our small, dedicated team. You will support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Providing personal care and support with daily living activities.

Assisting with medication and ensuring it is managed safely.

Preparing meals and supporting individuals with their nutritional needs.

Offering companionship and emotional support.

Encouraging independence and promoting individual choice and dignity.

Following care plans and maintaining high standards of care.

Supporting individuals in their own homes with kindness, patience and respect.
Requirements

Previous experience in a care role is essential.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own reliable vehicle.

Confidence in providing personal care and medication support.

Availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

A reliable, compassionate and professional approach.

The ability to work independently while contributing to a small, dedicated team.
What We Offer
