ResponsibilitiesThe Ultrasound Technologist demonstrates competency in performing all ultrasound exams, ensuring proficiency in producing technical and diagnostic scans for interpretation. The Ultrasound Technician is responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.
Qualifications- RDMS (ARDMS) or S (ARRT) certification in at least one body or region required within 90 days of hire and maintain.
- Graduate from an accredited ultrasound program or current certification as identified in #1 and graduation within 90 days of hire.
- Previous experience preferred.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.
- Proficient computer skills.
