We are recruiting Registered Nurses (RGN's) to join a specialist 22-bed neurological rehabilitation service supporting adults with complex neurological and spinal conditions, including Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), spinal injury, PDOC, and progressive neurological conditions.

The service provides ongoing assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation alongside complex physical, tracheostomy, and respiratory care. RGN's work closely with Registered Nurses and the wider Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, supporting individuals to maximise independence and improve quality of life.

Experience or understanding in the following areas is desirable:

  • Supporting individuals with complex physical and neurological needs
  • Tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and respiratory support
  • Working within a rehabilitation or complex care environment

This role is ideal for compassionate, motivated HCAs with an interest in neurological rehabilitation and long-term patient outcomes.
