Female Mental Health, Dementia & Learning Disability Support Worker – Driver Required 📍 Location: Gloucester and surrounding areas 🚗 Driving licence and access to a vehicle essential 🕒 Hours: Flexible / Full-time / Part-time 💷 Pay: £14 About the Role We are looking for a caring, compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to provide person-centred support to individuals living with mental health conditions, dementia and learning disabilities in the Gloucester area. The ideal candidate will be patient, understanding and dedicated to helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. Key Responsibilities: * Providing emotional and practical support to individuals with mental health needs, dementia and learning disabilities. * Supporting daily living activities, personal care where required, meal preparation and household tasks. * Encouraging independence, confidence and community involvement. * Supporting individuals to attend appointments, access local activities and maintain social connections. * Promoting dignity, respect, choice and safeguarding at all times. * Following individual care plans and reporting any concerns appropriately. Essential Requirements: * A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle. * Previous experience in mental health, dementia or learning disability support is desirable. * A caring, patient and compassionate approach. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Reliability, flexibility and a commitment to providing high-quality care. * Willingness to undertake relevant training and an enhanced DBS check.
