Job Responsibilities * Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes. * Assist with washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility. * Prepare meals and support clients with daily living activities. * Provide companionship and emotional support. * Assist with medication in accordance with care plans and training. * Promote clients’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing. * Travel between clients’ homes to deliver high-quality care. Requirements * Female care workers required for roles where a client's care needs or lawful occupational requirements call for a female worker. * Full UK driving licence. * Own reliable vehicle. * Caring, patient, and compassionate attitude. * Good communication skills and a professional approach. * Previous care experience desirable but not essential. * Willingness to complete required training and background checks.
