Mental Health Nurse in Bath

We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to provide high-quality mental health care and support to patients within a hospital setting.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medication safely and monitor its effectiveness.
• Monitor patients' mental and physical health and report any changes.
• Develop and review individualised care plans.
• Support patients experiencing mental health crises and challenging behaviours.
• Promote patient safety, dignity, recovery, and independence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
• Follow safeguarding procedures, clinical guidelines, and hospital policies.
• Support the admission, transfer, and discharge processes.

• Must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
• Experience in a mental health or hospital setting is desirable.
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally.
• Good organisational and teamwork skills.

• Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays where required.

Must have up to date PMVA or MAPA/CPI

Must have 6 months + UK experience

Must have Child and adult DBS on update service
