Role Overview

An exciting new vacancy has arisen for a Cleaning Operative to join our team and provide a high-quality cleaning service at one of our client sites in Rugby. You will work independently on site, supported by a highly experienced facilities team who will ensure you have everything you need to succeed. Your role is essential to delivering a first-class customer experience and maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out all aspects of general cleaning, including:
  • Mopping
  • Vacuuming
  • Dusting
  • Cleaning of toilets and washroom facilities
  • Use cleaning tools, equipment, and machinery safely and as trained
  • Handle and apply cleaning chemicals in accordance with COSHH guidelines
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service
  • Ensure all work is completed within the allocated timeframe

    Working Pattern Annual Leave

    This is a term-time only position. You will be paid a monthly salary based on 42 working weeks plus 5.6 weeks annual leave. Annual leave cannot be taken during term time and must be taken within school holidays.
