About Prime Disaster Response
Prime Disaster Response is a growing property restoration company working with insurers, loss adjusters and homeowners across London and the South East.
Our technicians help people recover when their properties are affected by water, fire and other forms of damage.
But great technicians aren’t made overnight. That’s why we’ve developed our own training programme, giving people from different backgrounds the opportunity to learn the industry, develop practical skills and build long-term careers.
The Opportunity
You don’t need experience in property restoration. We’ll teach you what you need to know.
Our paid trainee programme combines hands‑on experience, practical training and ongoing support from experienced technicians.
Over approximately two to three years, you’ll learn the skills and knowledge needed to become a qualified, confident restoration technician, working on real projects alongside our team.
We’re looking for people who are willing to learn, take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing a good job.
What We’re Looking For
Previous technical experience isn’t necessary. What matters most to us is your character, attitude and willingness to develop.
- A full UK driving licence
- A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Reliability, honesty and accountability
- Good communication and people skills
- A caring, respectful approach to customers
- Curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to building a long-term career
Applicants must be aged 25 or over.
What You’ll Learn
Through practical training and supervised experience, you’ll develop skills in:
- Water damage restoration and specialist drying
- Using professional restoration equipment
- Moisture measurement and monitoring
- Property inspections and damage assessments
- Health and safety procedures
- Customer communication and reporting
- Problem-solving on complex restoration projects
