What’s the role?
As our Sales Negotiator, you’ll be the trusted advisor for our vendors and buyers guiding them through the sales process with professionalism, market insight, and genuine care. You’ll build relationships that matter, not just close deals.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive property viewings, providing candid feedback and local market context to vendors
- Managing offers, negotiating sales tactfully and professionally to completion
- Generating new business through proactive outreach and deep knowledge of the Marylebone and Central London markets
- Supporting clients throughout the sales journey—from valuation through completion with clear communication and expert guidance
- Collaborating seamlessly with our lettings team and partners to deliver joined-up service where clients benefit from both sales and lettings expertise
What can you bring to the role?
- A proven track record in residential sales negotiation (or lettings with ambition to move into sales)
- Genuine passion for property and the London market—ideally knowledge of prime Central London, but we’ll develop your patch with you
- Excellent communication skills—confident and authentic in face-to-face meetings, thoughtful on the phone, professional over email
- A collaborative mindset; you don’t see other team members as competition
- Integrity and patience; you understand that good relationships take time
- The drive to meet targets, but not at the expense of client service
