Salary: up to £31,000 base + £9,500–£9,900 in Tronc (on average). This role offers a base salary of up to £31,000 plus a competitive share of Tronc. 100% of Tronc is distributed directly to staff, averaging a total potential earnings of over £40,900 annually.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You’ll be running high‑energy, fast‑paced services like a pro, keeping the vibe electric and the team motivated.
  • You’ll be creating unforgettable guest experiences, making sure every visit is top-tier, while also managing orders, team operations, and daily logistics to keep everything running smoothly.
  • You’ll support the retail butcher’s shop, ensuring the space is looking sharp, stocked, and ready for action.
  • Whether opening up for the day or closing down for the night, you’ll set the standard for front‑of‑house presentation for the whole site.
  • You’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and passion to every shift because great hospitality starts with a great leader!

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of management experience in a busy restaurant.
  • A natural leader with strong communication skills.
  • A problem‑solver who thrives in fast‑paced environments.
  • A passion for exceptional service and hospitality.
  • Someone proactive, positive, and always looking to level up.
