We are currently looking for a Factory Worker to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Witham. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent role following a successful temporary period.
Working for one of Witham's largest employers, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within different areas of production and manufacturing. Factory Worker duties will include:
- Working with small components
- Small part assembly work
- Packing and quality checking products
- Assisting with day-to-day production duties
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy
- Supporting the wider team to ensure production targets are met
Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday: Early finish
