We are looking for an experienced welder with a background in both MIG and TIG to join a varied engineering firm in Braintree, Essex. Starting salary circa £17ph depending on previous experience. Overtime is at time and a half! Standard hours are Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30. The company need a welder who can hit the ground running and fit in with their team. You must be able to weld to high standards as well as being able to work with mild steel, stainless and aluminium. The company are very varied and carry out work within different industries such as aviation, agricultural and automotive, as well as many others. Welder duties include: MIG weld mild steel TIG welding stainless and aluminium (essential to have both) Experience welding to various thicknesses Fabrication experience using machinery such as brake press etc. Work from technical drawingsPrevious experience fabricating is essential to be considered for the role.
