A growing truck body manufacturer based in Witham is looking to expand its team with experienced Welder Fabricators. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, well-established company that values skilled tradespeople and high-quality workmanship. If you have experience in MIG welding, general fabrication, and a background in coachbuilding, trailer building, or automotive fabrication, we\’d love to hear from you.

What\’s on Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate up to £14.50 per hour, depending on experience
  • Overtime paid at 1.33x on weekdays and 1.5x on Saturdays
  • Temporary to permanent position
  • Free on-site parking
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • MIG welding on custom-built truck bodies
  • General fabrication using a range of hand and power tools
  • Operating standard fabrication machinery
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

What We\’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in MIG welding and metal fabrication
  • Background in automotive, trailer, or coachbuilding work preferred
  • Confident using fabrication equipment and working independently from drawings
