Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:30 - 17:00
Pay: 13.00 - 15.50+ p/hour (DOE)

We are currently recruiting for Machine Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business in Sudbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for hands-on candidates with manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly experience looking to join a skilled and supportive production team.
We are looking for candidates across two areas of production:
- Brake Press Operator Duties:
- Operating brake press machinery to bend and form sheet metal components
- Setting and adjusting machines to meet job specifications
- Working from engineering drawings and production instructions
- Measuring finished components to ensure accuracy and quality standards
- Carrying out general fabrication and sheet metal duties as required
- Spot Welding / Pemserting Operator Duties:
- Operating spot welding and pemserting equipment to assemble sheet metal components
- Reading and working from engineering drawings and work instructions
- Positioning and securing components ready for welding or insertion
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Using hand tools and supporting general assembly duties
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience within manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly environments
- Experience with brake press machinery, spot welding, or pemserting would be advantageous
