2 days Reception cover – Harlow 25/11 – 26/11/2025, working 8:30am – 4:30pm, paying Β£12.21 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting visitors and interviewees
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries (Royal Mail, Amazon etc.)
  • Answering and transferring calls
  • Keeping the reception and kitchen area tidy and stocked
  • General front-of-house administrative support

Skills and experience

  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good organisational and communication skills
